In addition to my management background, I also have a degree in Graphic Design, which has given me a keen eye for visual aesthetics and a deep understanding of design principles. I completed the Ironhack bootcamp in UX/UI, where I gained hands-on experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, user testing and design thinking.
